We provide fence installation, repair, and related services — including wood, vinyl, aluminum and wrought iron, and chain link fencing and gates — for residential and commercial properties in and around Edmond, Oklahoma. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are based on the property details provided and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope (footage, terrain, grade, tear-out, or access) differs materially from what was described. No work begins until you approve a quote.
Scheduling & Weather
Installation and repair dates depend on demand and safe working conditions. For safety, we may reschedule work during lightning, high wind, ice, or when saturated ground makes post setting impractical. Underground utility locates (811) are completed before digging, and locate scheduling can affect start dates.
Property Lines, Permits & HOA Approval
Fence placement is based on property-line information you provide or a survey you supply; we are not responsible for boundary disputes arising from inaccurate line information. Where permits or HOA approvals apply, responsibilities for obtaining them are as stated in your quote. Homeowners remain responsible for compliance with their HOA covenants.
Payment & Cancellation
Payment terms are specified in your quote or agreement. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or cut, or after work has been scheduled, may be subject to a fee covering work already performed. Please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a booking.
Warranty & Workmanship
Workmanship is backed by a written warranty as described in your quote or agreement. The warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, normal weathering of materials, or damage caused by third parties, vehicles, animals, ground movement, or severe weather beyond our control.
Website Use & Intellectual Property
The content, images, and design of this website are owned by Edmond Fence Company or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
